The Golf Club at Sunset Hills and Mashie’s Pub and Eatery specialize in charity golf outings. We will work with you before, during and after your event to ensure the satisfaction of all of your players and help you maximize fund raising for your charity.

Before

  • Meet to discuss and advise menu options

  • Determine and recommend optimal set-up for dining

  • Assist with and recommend on-course fundraising ideas

  • Offer alternative ideas that may further the overall enjoyment of the event

  • Set-up of all on-course games and needs

During/After

  • Monitor course and assist in the speed of play

  • Provide all facility and meal set-up and preparation

  • Collect all on-course prizes, score the event and deliver the results

  • Assist in all prize giveaways, raffles, etc. if requested.
